"We were not guests of the hotel but ate brunch here. The service was outstanding and the food excellent. It was 24 euros each but you could order anything from the menu. It was like a buffet breakfast, but made to order. The outdoor seating area is beautiful."

"Our find of the trip. Tucked away by the marina, this beautiful, limestone walled garden held a lovely, intimate setting where the food is quite honestly at another level. Although not a huge menu, the dishes came out wonderfully presented, and tasted divine. The seabass was absolutely the best that I have ever tasted. The service was impeccable, even down to the point of offering insect repellent, although the only insects we saw were a wasp or two in the orange trees. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough, and there is even a small boutique hotel on the premises too. Do not come to Dubrovnik without sampling the chefs delights here. And the no 6 bus stops right outside!"

"We chose to dine at the hotel’s restaurant not out of convenience, but because it stood out as a destination in its own right and it absolutely delivered. The duck was especially outstanding, frankly, better than what we’ve had at some Michelin-starred restaurants. We also enjoyed the octopus salad and truffle pasta, both of which were excellent in their own right and clearly prepared with great attention to quality and balance. The setting is quietly elegant, with views that reflect the building’s storied past (it once served as the summer residence of the Zamanja family, one of Dubrovnik’s noble houses). That historical character adds a subtle richness to the ambiance. Some reviews mention mosquitos, and though they’re not wrong, it appears to stem from an adjacent property that seems less well-maintained. The restaurant provides insect repellent, and we had brought our own after reading earlier reviews, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Perhaps most surprising was the pricing: for the quality of food, setting, and service, the meal was remarkably well-priced, an exceptional value given the standard. All in all, it was a refined and memorable dining experience. Well worth seeking out, whether or not you’re staying at the hotel."

"It is one of the best places you can go and enjoy a meal in Dubrovnik, one of the most exquisite dishes in town, chefs which put love and passion in what they do, as well as the well trained personal. The building itself dates back a couple of centuries and the atmosphere here is going to make you live the old times. The garden terrace is simply beautiful, we had an absolute lovely time here."

"Fantastic culinary experience in the gorgeous courtyard of this restaurant. Angela, my server, was wonderful and so kind. She made the experience even more perfect. I initially ordered the pasta with truffles and was so happy with it I had to try more. The duck was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Best meal in my last 10 days here. 100% worth the trip from wherever you are staying in Dubrovnik. Croatia is not a ‘foodie’ country yet, but this place could stand against the best of them."

"The place is super beautiful and in front of the sea water. They have a few spots for parking available for guests. The breakfast menu is 25€ per person and has many options, but you need to order a la carte. This is not a self service breakfast option. The problem is that the service starts well but reduces their energy close to 10:30 am. The first croissant basket that we ordered was delicious and very fresh. When we asked for a second one, they brought it cold and only one item per person inside. Even if they announce that the breakfast ends at 11 am, the service became lame way before the time."

"A lovely, tranquil restaurant with two standout dishes. The fish is cooked to perfection, full of flavor and absolutely delicious. But what truly blew me away was the carrot cake. We order it everywhere we go, and this one is hands down the best of the countless ones we've tried. Highly recommended!"

"We tried this restaurant a few nights ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the friendly attentive service to the fine dining, it was exactly what we were looking for. Would highly recommend the spring rolls and duck main course."
